This is a local low key race but for the really low entry fee it was brilliant.

warm up by Aylesbury Kettlercise
Really easy to follow route of natural beauty in Bucks
1 lap for the 5K 2 laps for the 10K
denet goody bag with snacks, bath salts & a really good medal. For £12 the goody bag was probably worth more than that so top notch
