Slawit is a lovely little town and running down the canal on a glorious autumn morning is something not to be missed.
Splashing through puddles, dodging mud and climbing all those locks.
Mile after mile of smiley, supportive runners. Great, friendly marshals, good food stations every 3 miles.
Cake, chocolate, beer and medal at the end.
