← AJ Bell Great South Run
This was the first year I have done this race & loved it! Really well organised, amazing support round the whole of the couse. Despite have 3 large waves (I took over 12 minutes to cross the line), still had plenty of space to run from the start. There was 2 water stations around the course at about 7k & 12k & just before the 2nd water station there was a aid station giving out gels & shot bloks there was also loads of people giving out jelly babies. It was quick & easy to collect bags after the race & despite having to find your own bag after they were checking that everyone had collected the correct bag.
Looking forward to doing this race again,
