← Fleetwood Half Marathon
I had the opportunity to pace this race (2.15) alongside another racecheck visorclub member. I have run a number of FCR races before and this one was just as good as the rest.
Registration was simple in the morning, picked up race packs and pacer tshirts, route was a couple of laps down the coastline and back up the road. It was a tough day to run, the second time down the coastline the winds got up to around 40 miles an hour! Thankfully the coast road was sufficiently sheltered from the winds.
Short grass finish at the end and a lovely medal to take home. Was tough with the wind but had fun running with the 2.15 group.
