What a dreadful event!
The aid stations ran out of water on a hot day. The shuttle buses for relay racers and supporters stopped running hours before runners finished their respective legs, leaving runners having to take taxis to get around the city.
No medals for runners completing the 3rd relay leg, and wrong size tee shirts for finishers.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
