Enjoyed most of the swimming (except on my second lap of 3k, when 2 females in a boat blocked my path and insisted I went back around the furthest buoy again)! Not happy being stopped from swimming and making me swim further (I was about 1/3rd of my way towards the next buoy). The safety crew should be given better instructions as to how to handle swimmers/look out for swimmers. I had to swim around the furthest buoy a total of 4 times in the 3k - did anyone else get turned around? I was told that I had missed the buoy and cut across - I definitely hadn't, therefore, suggest there should be a better method of ensuring swimmers stick to the course as it didn't work this time. Swimmers/supporters with me were getting worried when I didn't get out of the water at my expected time for the distance. Luckily there were different people on the water in the boats for the 2k and 1k and I didn't get turned around to swim further.
