Second year of doing this race and it is fast becoming an end of season finale! Easy registration on Saturday means that you can be all stickered up ready for race day and simply rack, suit up and dive in!!!

The lake this year was fantastic, steaming before we got in in the late summer sun, lovely temperature (around 15 according to Vic!) clear and easily navigated. 

The bike is one lap with a couple of cheeky climbs, but overall it is tri bar heaven - keep your eyes peeled for the sometimes interesting road surface! Back to the transition set out in the gardens and off onto the run, the first mile is up hill - be ready!! Two laps of the easy to navigate and well marshalled course and you are finished.

Big medal, water and energy drink, but disappointingly no snacks.
