Thanks so much for putting on the weekend despite the weather.  It shows that anything is possible, and we all appreciated the opportunity to compete.  Frankly you should give yourselves a pat on the back for doing this!

General positives: clear instructions and good communication before the event;  great to have an aquabike, which was the event in which I competed - not many do, but it's a lifeline for people who can't run any more; the revised three-lap cycle worked well and was great for spectators; good signage; good age group prizes; but it's a lifeline for people who can't run any more; good clear microphone announcements on the day; good pre-race safety tips and advice.

Room for improvement:  a few more age group prizes for aquabike competitors would be great;  yellow line cycle dismount needs to be enforced a bit more strictly; need somewhere to store bags when competing.
