This is a lovely course. It’s right in the heart of Regents Park. 95% of it is on hard surface, some of it was on grass, not sure if that was due to a change of course as there were fallen trees obstructing the route.
The course consisted of 3 laps, 2 miles each loop. There was a water station at the start of the loop and essentially the end. Plenty of toilets nearby so you don’t have to use the smelly portaloos.
There’s also plenty of parking on the street, which you have to pay a small fee for but it’s right near the course.
The marshalls were great and the course was well sign posted. There was a very gentle incline on part of the route but it’s hardly noticeable. Great scenery too and I’d definitely do it again.
