← Cannock Chase 10k
What can I say, Cannock Chase a place of natural beauty. Not wrong there, a nice location for a 10k trail race and well attended.
Course itself was well marked and well marshalled. Support was good too. Nice looking medal, no t-shirt.
Water station at around 5.5k and plenty of bins to put the empties in. I’m not one for throwing my empties in the countryside.
I would do this race again it’s one of those you keep your head up and enjoy the views. There were some good hills so no PB’s here.
