This was my 4th time running the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, after a hiatus of 5 years. In order to enter the race, the company/organisaiton you work for must participate (no individual entries), so you can only race it if the company does. All entry fees are donated to charity and quite a few million have been raised.

It is a very well organised event, this year focused more on reducing wate than in previous years - there were water fountains for people to refill their bottles and water on the route was in compostable cups.

It is always very busy (15k runners) and congested - never the less it was enjoyable, and I got myself a PB - beating my time from 2012.

There are no medals - only a fdinisher;s t shirt, which you will see plenty of peorple wearing if you 're ever out running in the City.

I would recommend the Corporate Challeneg if you get a chance to participate.
