5 day event by Phoenix running , 3.2 mile loops along the river Stort . River paths and trails , it a really nice route .
6 hour times event , one lap amd you get a medal , and the medal was an absolute cracker !£
As usual with these smaller races the os next to no local support so of you like big crowds this really isn’t for you . Personally I live these events . Run put on by runners for runners , RD Rick is a lively bloke as are all the others helping out and the others runners are a friendly bunch too !
