← Swansea Half Marathon
I was a pacer for the 2:30 slot
The race was great fun, no hills.
A really flat route, plenty of water on route and gels as well. Nice breeze to cool
You down.
The locals were very supportive and especially in the Mumbles area where the live music was the best I have seen for a while. Just fab
The medal is fab.
The only negative from me was the lack of first aid help available on route, a few runners fell and looked in the need of help and I didnt see any first aiders to report to.
