← St Albans Half Marathon
Another great event. Race pack arrived in plenty of time. On the day everything was easy to find as the race village is large in a nice park. Start was well organised into pens and didn’t have to wait around to long for a wave start. Loads and loads of support from locals and Marshall’s along all the route.
I stuck with a pacer and helped me through the race. Lots of water stations spaces out nicely with plenty of water, they gave out gels but never needed them.
It’s not a flat course by any means lots of hills, however it’s a really friendly run and good for a first time.
Lovely finish in the park with tonnes of support. Love the medal this year, my favourite so far as well as the T-shirt that is a good size. A few goodies at the end which was nice and an ICE LOLLY. Well needed at the end. Can’t wait for next year
