Another brilliant Big Bear event!
I love the no pressure atmosphere. Big Bear seem to attract the friendliest of runners; everyone smiled and congratulated each other. Always a welcome boost.
Aid station is the best I’ve (still) ever seen and the organisers offer you the chance to ask for things to be added (offered in advance).
Whilst the course was out and back plus laps (usually my idea of a nightmare), I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I’m looking forward to my next Big Bear event!
Thanks for your kind words Susan. We are lucky we get lovely people (like yourself) at the events - not sure how we'd handle someone who wasn't!! Out and back is never our favourite but it is a lovely nature reserve. Hopefully some of the wildlife came out and said hello! - Big Bear Events
