← Hull Half Marathon
I was fortunate to win a place for the Run For All Hull Half Marathon.
I’ve never run a Run For All event but was impressed with the organisation, the supportive volunteers, the amount of water stations on route and the impressive T-shirt, bling and goodie bag.
The course wasn’t the most inspiring, although flat, it was very twisty and a few out and backs.
Local support was centred around the city centre but out on the course, the odd few people on corners and road ends were very encouraging. The volunteers on the course were very supportive and a big help.
I was also fortunate to receive hospitality from the organisers but enjoyed my free isotonic beer at the end first.
A good flat, PB possible race which was well organised if a bit quiet with support and runners around the course.
