When I entered the Run Gatwick HM, it was meant to be a fun day out and to meet the #visorclub so I wasn't planning not running a fast time - but I ended up getting a new pb and got to meet the #visorclub - so win/win.
The race organisation was outstanding from the email communications to the marshalls along the course. The layout and facilities in the race village were excellent, the atmosphere was great and so were the pockets of support along the course. The course goes though Crawley town centre, under the Gatwick flight path and through country lanes before returning to the town centre and finish in Southgate path.
The finishers medal and t-shirt were both well designed. This is a great race to do whether you're looking for a new pb or not.
