Fab event.
13 miles of multi terrain running: feilds, woodland, hills, tarmac, cobbles and bouncy wood walkways really do test you.
Support from other runners and marshals is outstanding. Feed stations are every 3 miles and well stocked.
I go back time after time because of the friendliness and inclusivity of this team.
Great medal and cake at the end.
Also nice to slip a bishops finger into my goody bag at the end.
