← ABP Newport Wales 10K
A really well organised race. Bag drop was quick & easy. The starting pens were easy to find.
It was exciting to watch the marathon set off first (at 9am) and the timing was perfect for the 10k to follow (at 9.45am)
There was lots of spectators cheering along the whole 10k route, & the runners were really encouraging to each other. I especially liked the ‘out & back’ section by the transporter bridge - runners were calling out & high fiving each other.
I did get a pb today, but I gave it my all & I think it’s definitely a course to get a pb. I totally recommend this 10k
