Great 10K!

Easy registration online, BIB was posted out the next day!

Start was a short walk from Liverpool LIme Street. Coloured pens by finish time, easy to find, loads of toilets, only complaint was quite big q's for baggage trucks but the volunteers manning them moved super quick. 

Route was flat and fast, good PB potential, through the lovely Sefton park, start and finish a few mins walk from the city centre, route worked well, I really liked it. 

Only 1 water station which was fine for me, but for people like to take on a lot of fluids you should take your own if you are likely to need more. Great volunteers, lovely, friendly and smiley, top people!

Limited crowd support, but lots of people lining the route to the finish. Nice atmosphere to finish in. 

Top notch medal, massive bit of glittery gold bling! Nicest medal i've had in years for those that rate such things. T-shirt, water and a pot of tuna for finishers! (its sponsored by john west) 

All in it's a fab run, highly recommended.
