← Adidas Manchester Marathon
A flat, fast marathon. This was my second time doing Manchester, it did not disappoint. I thought it was well signed posted for toilets and bag drop. There was quite a long queue for toilets but that’s to be expected at a big event. The crowd support was absolutely fantastic, there are crowds pretty much all around the course to keep you entertained. The course is not totally flat! There are a few inclines and the finish is on an incline. The medal is really big and amazing. The only negative is there is no goodie bag as such and I thought there would have been more goodies. You get a t-shirt, medal, a fruit loaf bar and bottle of water. For the price of the event I was hoping there would be more goodies. I will definitely be back in 2020 to do it again!
