A very good Pre- marathon prep event that i would recommend. i'm doing Brighton in 2 weeks so i wanted to get a minimum 20 Miles in before i start tapering down. Plus points.: easy access, good facilitates as you get to use the rowing club changing rooms etc, good logistics ie easy baggage drop off close to the start line so you don't feel rushed. refreshment points every 2 miles around the lake, Free gels, jelly babies Oranges etc. Neg points, Tad boring running laps of the lake, not many spectators cheering you on, could do with a few more people at the water stops as one man handing out water meant you had to stop and get your own water before carrying on(we don' like stopping) All in All a very good event that i would do again next year 4****
