← Surrey Half Marathon
My first run of this nice race. The course was much prettier and more countrified than I was expecting, with good support. It was nice (for a slower runner) to see faster team-mates returning on the out-and-back section. The only negatives were: Horrible medal! Some poor signage at the start - it would have been good to have the loos, baggage and start zone clearly signed, but luckily there were people to follow. Also, the two sets of timing mats made it slightly unclear where the start was. But all in all a good race, which I'd be very happy to repeat another year (but hopefully faster next time).
