This was the rescheduled Fitstuff G3 Race number 3. Having run the two other races, I thought I knew what to expect. Little did I know that the organisers send you around the same bits of countryside as before, the trails are different. I have never 'run' up the steepest side of St.Marthas before. It was brutal! Hats of to all those who ran it. Hills aside, it was a foggy old morning, so views weren't very forthcoming, but nothing anyone could do about that. The race was very well marshalled again, and the flapjack at the end was great. Signage was spot on again, even in the fog. Looking forward to running these again next year.
