← Hertfordshire Half Marathon
Booked this a few weeks before the event, saw it advertised and liked the look of the medal, didn't really look at the gradience of the run, BOY, that was a mistake, I didn't realise until a week before how many hills there were, Now if your not a fan of hills, stay away from this event, it has lots of them, I did PB at 10 miles which I was over the moon at. The route was very picturesque starting and finishing at Knebworth House. The goody bag at the end was one of the best I have had, it included large bag of Epsom Salts, not having used them before, was a bonus, I did use when I got home and they were fab, I now purchase them regularly, The medal was outstanding. This was my last run of 2018. Would I do t again, YES !, but I would def train a lot more for inclines :)
