← Thorpe Park Sprint Triathlon June
Our club entered 3 teams for the relay event.
A lovely location and good fast course. Registration a breeze and all racked and ready very quickly. A good race briefing clearly explaining all details. Swim (as always at Thorpe) was lovely.
A fast bike course with some challenges least of all being the dreaded deadzone for traffic lights. I was lucky and didn't have to stop but it certainly seems well managed.
Slightly rutted runcourse but not too bad that our runns managed sub 19 mins.
As a team we all thoroughly enjoyed the event and will certainly return in June and August schedules permitting.
