← York 10K
Second year back to do the York 10k, loved it last time and this year lived up to the first. Lovely scenic route around some of the main sights of york and well supported. Starting and finishing at the racecourse is ideal for such a well attended race. This was one of my fastest 10k races and certainly has the potential to be a PB course. It was another warm day so that impacted pace a little. Good race bag with medal and tshirt, one thing I have noticed after a couple of years of doing runforall events is the tshirts come up a little tight. Will certainly size up next time! Only negative for runforall events is cost but if you sign up the day after the race then the early bird prices are pretty reasonable!
