I'm a regular marathon runner and triathlete and must say this is one of my all time favourite races - 1mile is one of the most honest distances you can race and where better to do it than in-front of Buckingham palace. Lots of people turn their nose up at a short distance like this but I think its fantastic. This race is well organised for those going for Sub-5m miles and if you can time it right you can come back round for another go with you kids too!
