This is a great race, reasonably flat 10 miler, where you can get a good time. As this is ran in November there are a couple of care points: - it can be cold - leaves are on the ground and can make it slippy - there is one stretch of grass as you approach the castle - the return leg is alongside the river and this can be windy I have ran this race for the past three years and will be doing it again.
