← Worksop Half Marathon
My first time doing this event and really enjoyed it. The route itself is very undulating which makes for a tough race but the course is very scenic and takes in the autumnal surroundings of Clumber park, as a result the crowds were a little sparse. My only minor criticism would be the water stations; given that water was supplied in cups which limited the amount you received, there perhaps could have been at least one more water station provided. In hindsight I should have carried my own bottle. I would certainly recommend this race to anyone. The organisation was good at the start and all finishers received a quality long sleeved top and a medal.
