← Mansfield 10k
I ran the Mansfield 10k for the first time today. What a fab little race! Pretty hilly (which I didn’t expect as I don’t know the town), the route is on road through the town, two loops for 10k, one for 5k (which set off later). Pros - Easy to navigate - Good medal - Reasonably priced - Brilliant marshals - Lovely atmosphere - Two water stations for the 10k option Cons - No bag drop - “Due to recent events in the UK there will not be a baggage storage area for this event”, which honestly is a load of rubbish. - No info about getting there by public transport in the race pack All in all an enjoyable local race.
