This was my very first trail race & have a say it's a great race.
The registration process was really easy with filling out a small form & paying cash of £15 on the day, you can apply online aswell, which is £12 & £2.50p booking fee.
The start was well organised with friendly staff, the course is Part of the South Downs & famers fields so all the paths are well used by walkers,cyclists & runners. The tracks are chalk & flint so it can be uneven underfoot. It's a challenging course, But good for all types of runners. Time restrictions none ! You run your own race, in your own time
