Lumpy, hilly. Half was approx 300m ascent on my TomTom. Lovely views, great long hill at Manorbier Castle. Lots of beaches and Castles. Great support. Wonderful red carpet finish in gorgeous Tenby. I did the Half in 2018 and the full in 2013 as part of LCW. Both were hot. Tough course but extremely rewarding
