← Thames Chase 10K & Fun Run
A good chip timed 10k with the added bonus of being able to have a run with the kids afterwards.
The course is 3 and a bit laps through this community forest on a gravel path with an incline during the lap. The course is well marked out with good marshals supervision.
All in all a new PB on a hot day. Definitely worth the entry fee for both runs. The kids were well chuffed with their medals and certificates.
