← St Albans Half Marathon
i ran this race as a pacer for the 1:45 funbus and have to say it was a really good race to pace. Arriving I parked away from the park where the start was at Marlborough School which was free to ensure a quick getaway. It was about a 10 minute walk and very easy to find. The course is quite undulating with a few hills to test you but nothing too extreme. It is very well organised and the support from the locals was excellent in and around the towns and villages. Some sections of the course are on narrow roads so it can be quite cosy in places, however I ran with a brilliant group and we all enjoyed a great half Marathon. Highly recommend this one guys and I believe it is quite generously priced to enter.
