We had a lovely walk on Saturday in beautiful surroundings, however it was a challenge for us to do the 25km and so when we realised we had another 2km to go it was a struggle and put an edge on the ending for us. It would have been useful to put up some km markers along the way as you do with other events.
We were surprised at how few entries there were and felt that we were very much on our own for the majority of the walk, maybe some more higher profile advertising needed?
An extra toilet or two would have been appreciated too as it was a struggle to find somewhere suitable.
Is it possible to know how much of our entry money goes to the charity too please?
