← Immortal Half - Stourhead
Reading the race overview on the website I knew that it was going to be a tough course, and it was. That's not to say it wasn't enjoyable - the location is amazing and great for spectators and the marshalling of the course was excellent - clearly letting you know the direction to go and understanding the nature of triathlon and letting you know a corner was clear and you could crack on! plus always a smile.
It is hilly and that hurt a fair bit by the end but the feeling at the end is fantastic.
A really great event.
