Well this was my second marathon since doing Manchester in april, i wasnt let down.Lovely views on the route ,great crowds as well couldnt ask for any more support.

Due to the hot weather it made it more tough,i completed it in 4hrs 16,not bad i suppose ,i wanted to try beat my first marathon time of 4hrs 02,but the heat had say in this ,lol.

The route was different and some lovely views ,sometimes we dont have time to take it all in but the bits we do ,well they are great and make lovely memories.

I did talk to a few nice runners on the route which is great and some words to help each other goes along way.

The drinks stations were all placed just nicely and getting as much water was all ok .

The staff were all great and encouraging as well and the support was lovely ,even when times i was like arghh ,lol,that little extra support goes along way.

I would run this again next time,i recommend it as well.The medal was well funky and different ,again it was worth getting that medal after a tough run and the finish in the stadium was great ,i was well happy and managed to have a good strong finish .
