This is the 3rd time that I've entered now and it is one of my fave runs, it is organised very well and there is not one aspect that I can complain about.

The race as always starts at the race course where my number collection was very simple and they were also selling off last years tech crew t-shirts at a bargain price of a £1, so I got a couple of them as the t-shirt is great quality and they are one of the only races that give a size xxl t-shirt to the finisher.

The course is not flat and the first half of the race to the turn around is a gradual up hill climb and besides the start and finish there is nothing to extreme about the run.

My only gripe would be the few potholes in the road when we turned to come back down the lanes but this has been the same for most runs this year!

The marshallers were once again excellent as well as everybody else who helped out to make the run so good.

There's a nice solid medal at the end and this is one race that I will enter again for next year and the goody bag is well stocked with treats.

EDIT: One sour note and it could be because I'm a tight arse the photos are £13.99 each and that is excessive to say the least for a digital download!
