First time I have done this race and I was very impressed. 

Registration was perfect. Runners were kept well informed with regular emails in build up. 

There was a friendly pre-race atmosphere. 

Baggage was flawless.

Race was a fast, flat(-sh) route on closed roads. 

Crowd support was very good at the start & finish but did get a bit lonely in the middle section. 

Water stations were regular. They contained bottled water, gels & enegy drinks. 

Marshals were absolutely brilliant, as always.

Finishers recoeved a nice medal, shirt and a very well stocked goodie bag.

In summary-

This was a really good day.

Entry fee was a bargain £23. For that price you got a well organised race, excellent finishers bag & medal. 

There was also a kid’s 1milec race. 

Great event for all the family. 

I can’t think of any criticisms in all honesty.
