This race was last held in 2014, I had never taken part before but was so pleased when It apperared for this year.

The Bike route is fast and easy with a few climbs but the run is a little lumpy 300 ft ( ish) in 2.8 miles so practice those hills.

But this is a real good fun and a good test of fitness at the start of the season.
