competed with my hospital run club. As we are in the boroughs we had reduced priced community entry places.
the course started at the wonderful tower bridge and the start was a lot less chaotic than I expected in the middle of London. Marshalls were numerous and supportive and lots of bands on the route.
I'm really slow and was helping a first time HM entrant get round but lots of my team got PBs so its a fast course.
