The course was in and around the grounds of Kirkstall Abbey following mainly trails and taking in the Leeds & Liverpool canal. A great mixture of surfaces provides a challenging route. Well organised and well stocked aid stations. Some of the most cheery marshals too. Plenty of cake at the finish and nice goody bag.
