Only my 2nd marathon and my first on the trail. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about doing laps, but it worked really well and I didn’t get bored of the route. Great atmosphere and super friendly - thanks to everyone along the route that kept me going to the end! The cakes/biscuits/buns at the checkpoint were delicious. I will definitely do more of the It’s Grim Up North events.
