its organised by a local athletics club & the race HQ is a town centre pub, you get free drinks vouchers with entry usually. There’s a kids race (800m) a mile race then the 5K race.
Its in the market square around the clock tower & impressive crown court building.
It’s all around the town centre so there’s plenty of crowd support, it’s a 2 lapper with 2 Hills per lap but they’re not long Hills.
Always an Xmas themed medal, & it’s really affordable. Well worth doing it
